Glenn serves in roles including Independent Director, Independent Manager, Special or Springing Member, liquidating trustee or individual trustee of Delaware corporations, business trusts, limited liability companies and similar special purpose financing vehicles.

Glenn is a retired partner of the Delaware corporate law firm, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.. While a partner at the firm, he represented many of the nation’s leading financial institutions and investment banks as well as major U.S. and foreign corporations in connection with complex financing transactions using Delaware special purpose entities.

Glenn has also served as Delaware’s Secretary of State and has substantial experience in Delaware trust and agency services law, Delaware corporate law and the operations of the offices of the Delaware Secretary of State and Division of Corporations. While Secretary of State, he led Delaware’s effort to deregulate the nation’s banking industry, a step that led to the relocation to Delaware of many of the nation’s largest commercial banks.

Glenn is a graduate of Swarthmore College and Georgetown Law School.
