Kudzai has more than 20 years of accounting, auditing and finance experience, including more than 15 years of accounting experience in financial services and fund administration.

Prior to joining Citadel SPV, he was a Senior Investment Accountant and Portfolio Reporting Analyst at Bessemer Venture Partners. He started his career at Ernst & Young and held managerial positions in public companies in Harare, Zimbabwe before relocating to the United States.

Kudzai is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds an MBA in Finance & Risk Management from Saint Peters’ University, a B Compt. (Honors) from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Namibia.
