Mark has spent more than 25 years in the global banking financial services industry in a variety of disciplines including trust and fiduciary, processing and technology services.
For 13 years Mark was Global Head of the corporate trust services group at The Bank of New York where he directed that organization´s emergence as a world class provider of debt trustee and processing solutions. During that time, the Bank established a preeminent service offering for the US and international securitization markets, including advanced processing, analytics and reporting services for ABS, MBS, CDO´s and other securitized debt programs.
More recently Mark served as president and CEO for Wall Street Analytics, a developer of analytical software solutions for the MBS and CDO industry; was President of Global Fixed Income Services for Computershare Ltd.; and was the founder and principal for Orchard Street Partners LLC, a management consulting practice which focuses on services and solutions for the financial services industry.
Mark has an extensive background in the acquisition and assimilation of financial services related businesses. Having managed or participated in more than 50 successful transactions over the past 15 years, he brings both insight and applied experience to clients seeking to add an M&A component to their strategies. He has also served as a director on subsidiary boards of public companies as well as an independent director on the boards of special purpose vehicles.

With over 20 years´ US and global capital markets experience, Orlando is primarily responsible for leading the business development efforts of Citadel SPV. Prior to joining Citadel SPV, Orlando was Managing Director- Corporate Governance and New Business Development of Lord Securities Corporation, a TMF Group Company.
Orlando´s responsibilities at Lord Securities included business development, senior oversight of Lord Securities´ corporate governance practice, and managing all daily aspects of document review and execution, including legal response and transaction management. Orlando also was a member of TMF Group´s Structured Finance Global Strategy Board and served as TMF Group´s Regional Director for Structured Finance in the Americas.
During his career, Orlando has served as a director on the boards of over 1,000 special purpose vehicles spanning various asset classes. He also served on the Executive Board of Directors of the American Securitization Forum (the “ASF”) and acted as Chairman of the ASF´s Membership Committee from 2008-2010. An attorney admitted to the bar in the State of New York, Dewen has more than 10 years´ experience in the structured finance industry. Prior to joining Citadel SPV, Dewen was a Senior Vice President of Lord Securities Corporation, where he also served as internal counsel.
During his time at Lord Securities, Dewen represented the company in connection with securitization transactions spanning various asset classes, including: CLOs; mortgage, aircraft, auto, student loan, and trade receivables securitizations; asset-backed commercial paper conduits; and resecuritizations. He also managed the Corporate Governance, Voting Trustee and Independent Review Party service lines for the company, and served on the board of a number of special purpose vehicles as an independent director.
Previously, Dewen was an associate at the New York-based law firms of Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and Seward & Kissel LLP, where he specialized in the areas of corporate finance and asset securitization. His prior legal experience includes the representation of: issuers, underwriters and managers in connection with various types of securitizations; buyers and sellers in secondary market transactions of distressed assets, including bank debt, bankruptcy trade claims and distressed securities; and investment funds and investment managers in connection with a variety of transactions and financings, as well as general corporate matters.

Robert (Bob) is a Certified Public Account with over 45 years of experience in various industries, including energy (oil, gas, and power), structured finance, leasing and real estate.
Bob has worked for several energy companies in the areas of financial and physical product settlements, accounting for derivative products, financial reporting, lease accounting, debt administration, and establishing and monitoring trading limits and guidelines on energy product trading. These companies included Conoco Inc., El Paso Corporation, Entergy and Ferrellgas. Bob was also instrumental in setting up the accounting and reporting functions of private equity backed start-up companies such as Northern Star Generation LLC and Complete Energy LLC.
Bob has extensive experience accounting for production payments, monetized assets, investments in real estate and securitized assets having worked as a Vice President at Lord Securities Corporation prior to joining Citadel SPV. During this time, Bob also served on the board of a number of special purpose vehicles as an independent director.
Bob holds a B. S. in Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma, and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Glenn serves in roles such as Independent Director, Independent Manager, Special or Springing Member of a limited liability company, liquidating trustee or individual trustee of Delaware corporations, business trusts, limited liability companies and similar special purpose financing vehicles.
Glenn is a retired partner of the Delaware corporate law firm, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.. While a partner at the firm, he represented many of the nation’s leading financial institutions and investment banks as well as major U.S. and foreign corporations in connection with complex financing transactions using Delaware special purpose entities.
Glenn has also served as Delaware’s Secretary of State and has substantial experience in Delaware trust and agency services law, Delaware corporate law and the operations of the offices of the Delaware Secretary of State and Division of Corporations. While Secretary of State, he led Delaware’s effort to deregulate the nation’s banking industry, a step that led to the relocation to Delaware of many of the nation’s largest commercial banks.
