Mark is a Co-Founder of Citadel SPV and has spent more than 30 years in the global banking financial services industry in a variety of disciplines including trust and fiduciary, processing and technology services.
For 13 years Mark was Global Head of the corporate trust services group at The Bank of New York where he directed that organization’s emergence as a world class provider of debt trustee and processing solutions. During that time, the Bank established a preeminent service offering for the US and international securitization markets, including advanced processing, analytics and reporting services for ABS, MBS, CDO’s and other securitized debt programs.

More recently Mark served as president and CEO for Wall Street Analytics, a developer of analytical software solutions for the MBS and CDO industry; was President of Global Fixed Income Services for Computershare Ltd.; and was the founder and principal for Orchard Street Partners LLC, a management consulting practice which focuses on services and solutions for the financial services industry.

Mark has an extensive background in the acquisition and assimilation of financial services related businesses. Having managed or participated in more than 50 successful transactions over the past 15 years, he brings both insight and applied experience to clients seeking to add an M&A component to their strategies. He has also served as a director on subsidiary boards of public companies as well as an independent director on the boards of special purpose vehicles.

Mark is a graduate of the State University of New York and attended The American University for graduate studies in international economics. Mark resides in Manhasset, New York with his wife and three children.
