Our many years of experience in structured finance and asset servicing, combined with our legal governance, program administration and financial accounting experience, provides Citadel SPV with a unique capacity to assist our clients in monitoring the performance of their primary servicers, maintaining a complete record of important servicing data and staying prepared to manage the transfer of the portfolio servicing, should that become necessary.

On the surveillance side, Citadel SPV has served as administrator or control party on over two dozen securitization issuances over the past few years, utilizing the industry knowledge of our professionals to ensure proper monitoring of the transactions, and the ability to step in to take discretionary action when called.
