Holly has over a decade of experience in corporate transactions, securities and intellectual property law, with both law firm and in-house legal experience. As Vice President- Governance for Citadel SPV, Holly has a strong focus on client engagements including independent director, administrator and control party, custodial and escrow, and blockchain digital key agent services.

Having previously worked in a variety of industries including general business law practice, real estate investment/development, civil engineering and in the non-profit sector, Holly has diverse skills across many markets. Some of her most notable past work includes assisting in the development and execution of legal documentation for the New York City Hudson Yards development project.

Holly holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Connecticut and is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
