Orlando has over 25 years’ US and global capital markets experience. As the President and a Co-Founder of Citadel SPV, Orlando is primarily responsible for leading the business development efforts of the company and managing its strategic partnerships globally.

Prior to founding Citadel SPV, Orlando was a senior executive and member of the global structured finance board of a leading provider of corporate governance services, responsible for oversight of the Americas region.

During his career, Orlando has served as a director on the boards of over 2,000 special purpose vehicles spanning various asset classes. He also served on the Executive Board of Directors of the American Securitization Forum (the “ASF”) and acted as Chairman of the ASF’s Membership Committee from 2008-2010.

Orlando currently serves on the Advisory Board of Deal Catalyst’s Private Lending team and the Board of Directors of The Cameron Kravitt Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable foundation.

During his private time, Orlando enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid endurance cyclist.
