Philip has more than 20 years of senior-level Commercial Banking experience specializing in Loan Servicing and Lending Compliance. During his career, Philip has worked closely with regulatory agencies to ensure mandated compliance, was instrumental in successfully navigating the lifting of an FDIC compliance order and has played a key role in the effectual implementation of policies and procedures, as well Compliance Management Programs for several banking organizations.

At Citadel SPV, Philip heads the Backup Servicing service line, as well as oversees the Administrator and Control Party portfolio. Philip’s duties at Citadel SPV include monitoring oversight of various asset classes, including Litigation Finance Receivables, Medical Receivables, Whole Business Securitizations, Commercial PACE and Tokenized Short-term Investments.

Philip has a BA in Political Science and Economics from Temple University and an MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business.

He lives with his wife and dog in Haverford, PA and is an avid tennis fan.
