Phillip Kerle has over 30 years of experience in the industry, 15 years’ of which include experience with invoice-based financing. Phillip is a UK director for Citadel SPV and is developing the firm’s business in the UK. In addition, he is a partner in Culpis, a boutique corporate finance firm, assisting clients to access funding across the capital structure from a wide range of sources. He is also a board advisor to Inviou Limited, an Israeli block chain company.
Previously, Phillip was a co-founder of Tranzacta Ltd, a UK based merchant cash advance business, and the CEO of Demica for 13 years, a company that specializes in addressing working capital challenges from a single proprietary platform. The platform enabled the financing of over $60b of trade receivables per year. Prior to working with Demica, Phillip had started a number of successful businesses in Asia and Australia.
Phillip is qualified as a lawyer in Sydney, Australia and he holds an LLM in tax law from Boston University. He has worked in Asia, North America, and Europe with a number of multinationals.
