Tara is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York with over 11 years combined experience in public and private accounting. At Citadel SPV, she is responsible for the preparation of client financial statements as well as the company’s internal financial reporting.

Tara’s prior experience includes the supervision of staff in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries including manufacturing, construction and entertainment, among others. Her experience also includes the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Tara also worked on bankruptcy accounting procedures on behalf of the Security Investor Protection Corporation. In private industry, Tara maintained accounts receivables and payables as well as analyzed various general ledger accounts for monthly and year-end closings for financial statements presentation.

Prior to joining Citadel SPV, Tara was a Senior Accountant with Reminick Aaron’s & Company and a staff accountant at Mason Medical Products.

Tara holds a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
