As custodian, we have often been brought into financing transactions where a lender has requested for a third party to review and custody legal documentation related to a borrower’s collateral, particularly in connection with draw requests. Citadel SPV customizes these arrangements to ensure a team is standing by to process any custody requests within the timeframe desired by the transaction parties.
Escrow Agent
Citadel SPV has worked with clients on creating unique escrow arrangements to achieve a client’s transactional goals, including a notable engagement where a third party escrow agent was needed to serve in connection with the opening of numerous bank accounts that held the collateral of borrowers.
Collateral Agent
We have served as collateral agent for a wide variety of collateral in connection with credit facilities or debt issuances, including auto and energy assets, both onshore and offshore.
Digital Key Agent
Citadel SPV has worked closely with clients in the blockchain industry to develop unique digital key agent arrangements, including a chain of custody (multi-signature) solution for a large cryptocurrency lender.
